Delivery Policy

1. Delivered on a pallet direct to your door, this is a larger item and as such may require  

    assistance when you receive it to get it unpackaged, these type of things have to be

    delivered this way as they are far to heavy to lift, the courier who deliverers the pallet

    will not unpackage it - so be sure you have the ability to handle a delivery of this type :)

2. Please note that we we do not cover the cost of returns if the item is not to your liking, 

    please ensure that the item is suitable for you before you order it. Once you have 

    received it, if you have a change of heart or just don't want it any more you need to 

    cover the costs of returning it :) which I'm sure you would agree is only fair.

3. We have unfortunately had instances of users buying scooters, blasting about on them

    for a couple of weeks and deciding they would prefer something a little different - they 

    have then tried to misuse the return policy at our expense in order to return the item, 

    such attempts in the future will be reported. We endeavour to do the very best we can, 

    we take our refurbishment process very seriously and as such nothing leaves here 

    unless it has been properly processed.
